As a family-owned destination located directly across the street from Houghton Lake, Michigan's largest inland lake, The Blue Anchor offers a nostalgic, relaxing environment thoughtfully designed for memory-making.

What makes us truly unique? Our property features a spacious 3-bedroom house situated right in the center of an updated, exceptionally clean 10-room motel.

This layout offers incredible flexibility. Perfect base camp for groups; book multiple rooms or the entire house. Enjoy a private getaway in one of our cozy rooms, rent the house for an extended family stay, or book the entire property for a private, unforgettable group event.
